Astrocaryum Murumuru Seed Butter is a unique, 100% natural fatty active ingredient obtained by cold pressing a special selection of kernels from a group of palm trees belonging to the Astrocaryum species. Thanks to the cold pressing method, the ingredient is entirely free of solvents and diluents. Astrocaryum Murumuru Seed Butter enables various capabilities and allows for superior product formulations for both hair and skin.

In skin, efficacy testing (in vivo) has proven Astrocaryum Murumuru Seed Butter's unique capability to minimize TEWL and restore the cutaneous barrier (almost 100% restoration, with a dramatic increase in the water level in the skin).
