Plant extract aka botanical extract-based skin care products are one of the biggest trends in the beauty industry in recent years. Being naturally balanced and dense in active ingredients, botanical extracts are excellent fighters against skin aging and inflammation. 

Euterpe oleracea tree and fruits
Rich in anthocyanins, essential fatty acids, phytosterols, and vitamins, Euterpe oleracea fruit is considered one of the principal berries in the fight against aging. Hence, it is frequently referred to as the “Fountain of Youth.”
Acmella Oleracea extract
Acmella Oleracea is an exotic plant, also known as Paracress. In the Indian Ocean region, it is called "Mafane". Reduces facial muscle micro-contractions, smoothes and reduces lines and wrinkles.
Acorus Gramineus
Acorus Gramineus Extract inhibits melanin synthesis and acts as a whitening agent for ultraviolet(UV) sensitive skin.

Argania Spinosa kernel extract is a natural skincare ingredient with fine lines and a wrinkle-smoothing effect. It instantly leaves skin tightening effects. It contains high molecular weight proteins extracted from seeds of the argan tree fruit.

Arnica Montana - Mountain arnica
Mountain arnica flower extract is excellent for acne, rashes, tired and aching muscles, bruises, and sprains. It is analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-microbial.

The rare and wild white genepi (Artemisia umbelliformis Lam.), also called yellow genepi, is famous in the Alps and is very often described, next to Edelweiss (Leontopodium alpinum Cass.), as the other symbol of the Alps.

Mugwort (Artemisia Vulgaris) is a herbaceous perennial fragrant plant, that becomes approximately 1-1.8 meters (3-6 ft) high. The plant grows best in full sun places in light, dry, and well-drained soil. As a medical herb, one uses the leaves and the flowering time collected plant.

This critical herb has immune-enhancing, antibacterial, antibiotic, and anti-viral properties and contains antioxidants, which protect our cells against free radical damage.
Oat

Avena Sativa Kernel Extract is a sugar-based tensor ingredient, that efficiently meets this expectation. An elastic, flexible molecule, it is a purified fraction of branched natural polysaccharides obtained from oats produced by organic farming.

Hordeum Vulgare
Barley contains a large variety of vitamins, including beta carotene (provitamin A), thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (B2), pyridoxine (B6), cobalamins (B12), pantothenic acid (B5), and folic acid (B₉), which all play an essential role in dermal cells metabolism and necessary for normal functioning.

Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa or Actaea racemosa)
Cimicifuga racemosa is my herb of choice for PMS, pre-menopausal and menopausal conditions, also in breast enlargement formulas thanks to its estrogenic action.

It inhibits Matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP1) enzyme release, which is responsible for collagen destruction, and lessens elastase enzyme activity responsible for elastin destruction.
