Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate raises keratinocyte proliferation and migration, stimulating natural renewal processes. It soothes UV-induced damage protecting against photoaging and improving barrier function.

It suppresses the growth of harmful bacteria like Staphylococcus and Streptococcus, preventing infections, acne, and various dermatitis. Due to its selective antimicrobial action, Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate promotes lactobacillus and bifidobacteria growth, improving microbiota balance and overall skin health.

Containing fabulous enzymes, Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate is also involved in natural DNA repair mechanisms, boosting skin recovery from UV-induced or other environmental factors damage. It has anti-inflammatory properties and is thus useful in treating acne, irritation, or rosacea.

In addition, Lactobacillus strains produce proteins structurally similar to human Agouti-signaling protein (ASP) that acts as an antagonist to αMSH (Alpha-Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone). αMSH (Alpha-Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone) is produced in response to stress and stimulates melanin production, activating MC1R (Melanocortin Receptor) on melanocytes.

Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate mimics ASP's (Agouti Signal Protein) action thanks to peptides with key amino acid sequences that can interact with the MC1R, inhibiting melanin production, reducing hyperpigmented areas, and helping achieve an even skin tone. It also lessens the appearance of undereye dark circles and is used in advanced eye care complexes.
