Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil is a naturally rich hemp oil containing polyunsaturated fatty acids (90%) and essential fatty acids (75%). It offers an excellent balance of essential fatty acids.

According to The Lipid Handbook, hemp seed contains 30–35% oil, which has an iodine value of 140–175. The predominant fatty acids are 18:1 (12%), 18:2 (55%), and 18:3 (25%). The oil is derived from the industrial hemp version and provides excellent skin moisturizing properties.

Cannabis sativa seed oil exhibits skin-regenerating and revitalizing properties. It is entirely safe for the consumer when incorporated into skin care applications. It is permitted to be used in culinary applications and is widely used for edible purposes in Asia.

Naturally poor in Delta-9 Tetrahydrocannabinol eliminated during the extraction process, Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil's Delta-9 THC content is less than 0,0002%, proved by chromatography analysis associated with mass spectrometry. The oil is obtained mainly by expelling and is used for similar purposes to linseed oil.

Rich in essential fatty acids, Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil offers anti-aging benefits and improves skin smoothness and elasticity. It is frequently used in moisturizing creams and lotions.

With a light and non-greasy texture, Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil has very good skin permeation and high penetration rates. It is used in skin, hair, sun care products, and decorative cosmetics.
