Gibberellic Acid is an organic heterocyclic hydroxy acid that is a growth factor in plants and fungi. It acts as a hormonal growth regulator, stimulating and regulating plant development. Similarly to plants, Gibberellic Acid accelerates the skin's regenerative processes and stimulates fibroblasts.

Applied to the skin, Gibberellic Acid increases proteoglycan, collagen, and elastin synthesis. It also increases cellular proliferation, reduces wrinkles, and has a noticeable anti-aging effect.
