Isoeicosane is a clear, color- and odorless liquid hydrocarbon with low viscosity and good spreadability. It is used as a conditioner in hair care and as a lipophilic, low-viscosity carrier in skin and sun care.
Isoeicosane is a non-greasy, highly stable, and non-comedogenic carrier with a satiny texture and good compatibility with other ingredients. It is a dermatologically safe ingredient.
Isoeicosane is used as a conditioning agent for use in hair rinses, hair conditioners, mousses, and hair sprays. In addition, it can be used as a plasticizer for resins in hair sprays, styling gels, and mousses.
