Myristoyl Pentapeptide-4 (former Myristoyl Pentapeptide-3) is a synthetic lipo-peptide sold under the trade name Collasyn 514KS, an ester of Mystiric acid (attached to the N-terminus) and KTTKS peptide with sequence Myr-Lys-Thr-Thr-Lys-Ser. It is an analog of a famous Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, the first peptide in the superstar Matrixyl™ line.

Repeating a pro-collagen I amino acid sequence fragment, Myristoyl Pentapeptide-4 stimulates extracellular matrix (ECM) component production. It is mostly used in eye care applications and decorative cosmetics (leave-on products) in a 0.05% concentration. In comparison with Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, it has lower irritation potential and is used in higher concentrations.
