Palmitoyl sh-Tripeptide-3 Amide

Palmitoyl sh-Tripeptide-3 Amide is a low molecular weight lipo-peptide derived from Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) that stimulates cell growth, proliferation, and differentiation by binding to its receptor EGFR. It is also known under the trade name Synepin™.

Mimicking EGF, Palmitoyl sh-Tripeptide-3 Amide significantly promotes the growth of keratinocytes and dermal fibroblasts and boosts the production of collagen and elastin. In addition, it attracts cells to the damaged site initiating the repair process, which is an essential part of skin regeneration.
