Lysine Carboxymethyl Cysteinate is a synthetic amino acid derivative obtained through the reaction of cystine with monochloroacetic acid, followed by salification with lysine. It reduces fine wrinkles and prevents the appearance of new ones, through cell renewal, hydration, and tightening action.

Lysine Carboxymethyl Cysteinate promotes skin softness and elasticity, especially on the forehead and cheekbones. Due to the presence of the cysteinic group, it shows moisturizing and keratoplastic action on the horny layer in the phase of desquamation.

Thanks to the mild keratoplastic property, Lysine Carboxymethyl Cysteinate gently exfoliates dead or dull keratinocytes on the stratum corneum, without irritation, redness, or any discomfort, which makes it possible to maintain the daily routine and use it in the summer. In addition, it stimulates cellular turnover, lessening wrinkles appearance, smoothing skin, and improving resilience.

Lysine Carboxymethyl Cysteinate is recommended for tired skin due to stress, high exposure to the sun, wind, and pollution, among other aggressive factors.  It is especially suggested for mature skin with a tendency for muscular relaxation, wrinkles, and dry skin.

It is a safe ingredient, a non-irritant for skin and eyes, and hypoallergic. Lysine Carboxymethyl Cysteinate is a multifunctional active ingredient with a triple simultaneous and synergistic action in anti-aging treatment, providing softness, elasticity, and luminosity.
