Microcirculation refers to the microvascular network that comprises arterioles, venules, and capillaries. It plays a fundamental role in physiological processes such as nutrition and tissue oxygenation. Changes in this flow can generate aesthetic dysfunctions such as cellulite, localized fat, hair loss, and under-eye bags.
X-Solve® is a complex that modulates microcirculation, by acting directly on stimulating the smooth muscles of arterioles and indirectly on the synthesis of polyunsaturated fatty acids, providing a rapid increase in local blood perfusion. It is an active ingredient obtained from Ximenia caffra, which contains 15%-25% of ethyl ximeninate (an ester derived from ximeninic acid) and has in its composition fat-soluble and water-soluble substances homogenized through a high-pressure encapsulation system, which forms a transparent emulsion.
Incorporated in skin care applications, X-Solve® combats cellulite, localized fat, tired legs, alopecia, and eye bags by increasing blood flow in superficial capillary vessels. It is typically used in 1-3% concentrations.
