Syner-GX is a mixture of guar gum and xanthan gum. The 100% natural thickener stabilizes formulations and imparts the skin a soft and gentle feel. A study shows that this complex possesses better thickening properties than xanthan gum or guar gum alone.

Another study on the feel of Syner-GX was carried out on 15 volunteers: 0.5% of this complex imparts a gentle, soft feel to the skin without any greasy or sticky effect. It possesses a smooth and velvety feel on the skin. It can be worked easily into the formulation, is not sensitive to pH or temperature fluctuations, and exhibits good compatibility with salts.

This natural thickener can even stabilize formulations containing salts or electrolytes. The natural stabilizer/thickener is an attractive solution for naturally thickening care products.
