Sunflower Seed Oil Sorbitol Esters is a co-emulsifier corresponding to the cosmetic industry's "Green" trend. Being based on vegetable, renewable, and GMO-free sources and free from EO and PEG-containing substances, it has been approved by EcoCert.

Sunflower Seed Oil Sorbitol Esters is suitable for both oil-in-water and water-in-oil W/O emulsions, depending on the choice of primary emulsifier. Formulations are given additional stability in combination with a rich and elegant skin feeling and improved spreadability.

These characteristics provide the possibility of using Sunflower Seed Oil Sorbitol Esters as a natural-derived alternative to silicones in stearic acid-based formulations. Incorporated into sun care formulations, it shows a synergistic stabilization for inorganic sunscreen filters.
