Erucyl Erucate is a long-chain, liquid-wax ester (LCLW) with properties similar to jojoba oil. It is derived from high erucic acid rapeseed (HEAR) oil and has excellent boundary lubrication and thermal characteristics. It is a clear yellow liquid.
Erucyl Erucate exhibits emolliency and mildness to the skin. It is suitable for use in personal care products.
