Ethylhexyl Triazone (Octyl triazone) is an effective UVB absorber with a high light extinction coefficient. The outstanding absorption intensity/concentration ratio means a high SPF value at a low use level.

An aqueous nano-dispersion makes Ethylhexyl Triazone convenient to add to the formulation process. The nano-technology reduces the irritation of octyl triazone significantly. It also exhibits good compatibility with other ingredients in formulations.

Dispersible nano-particles make Ethylhexyl Triazone uniformly dispersed and provide adequate sun protection, improving the active ingredients' self-efficacy to achieve a high SPF value and giving more formulation flexibility.

It has excellent stability and safety, and the entrapped nano-sphere structure makes Ethylhexyl Triazone far away from other active ingredients in the formulation. So, the encapsulated ingredient is non-irritating and stable at a wide pH range.
