Lauramine Oxide is an amine oxide surfactant. It is water soluble and supplied as a 30% active solution, which is a clear, light yellow liquid.

Lauramine Oxide provides foam-boosting and viscosity-building performance in mixed surfactant systems. It exhibits a synergistic performance with Amides and Betaines and reduces irritation of anionic detergents.

In addition, Lavandine Oxide can act as a thickener, co-emulsifier, antistatic, and softening agent. When incorporated into hair cleansing applications, it leaves a conditioning effect. It is stable against oxidation and can be used in formulations containing oxidizers.
