Acetyl Tripeptide-74 Amide

NF-kB is a transcription factor involved in the proinflammatory responses causing skin aging and inflammation. Acetyl Tripeptide-74 Amide is a lipo-peptide that inhibits NF-kB activity and acts as a skin soothing, anti-inflammatory, and anti-photo-aging agent. It is known under the trade name Enfibin™.

Acetyl Tripeptide-74 Amide reduces MMP-1 expression, which can be upregulated by UV exposure. It prevents UV-induced degradation of type I procollagen, fighting against photo-aging and preserving skin structural proteins.

Acetyl Tripeptide-74 Amide helps soothe irritated skin and relieve discomfort by modulating inflammatory reactions while preventing skin photoaging by suppressing the UV-induced breakdown of extracellular matrix proteins in the skin.
