Persea Gratissima Oil Unsaponifiables is the fraction of avocado oil that is not saponified in the refining recovery of avocado oil fatty acids. It contains about 30% of phytosterols, mainly Sitosterol, Campesterol, and Stigmasterol.
The phytosterols of Persea Gratissima oil is outstandingly good skin care active ingredients, which are readily incorporated into emulsion especially into water-in-oil emulsions. Care preparations with the addition of Persea Gratissima Oil Unsaponifiables are effective against dry and aged skin.
Persea Gratissima Oil Unsaponifiables is a perfect ingredient used in organic cosmetics products. It is also used to care for dry, rough, and scaly skin.
