Arginine Cocoate is an all-natural and botanical amino acid detergent created from L-arginine and coconut fatty acid. L-arginine is derived from glucose through a fermentation process. It is found in high concentrations in the skin and connective tissue, where it promotes the healing and repair of damaged tissue.

Arginine Cocoate exhibits better foaming power and easily rinses off than other soaps at various pH ranges. Its foaming power is similar to regular soaps, including those with oil content.

Thanks to amino acid content, Arginine Cocoate is very mild and leaves the skin feeling supple after cleansing. When used with regular detergents, it reduces irritation.

Arginine Cocoate is an environmentally friendly ingredient with a higher level of biodegradability than TEA Cocoate. It is used in shampoo, body washes, facial cleansers, face wash creams, and makeup removers.
