Soyamide DEA is a 1:1 amide based on soybean oil and diethanolamine. It is a clear, yellow liquid soluble in water.
Soyamide DEA boosts foam and viscosity performance. Due to its long fatty chain, it provides superior thickening and can modify a loose lacy foam into a dense, rich lather.
When used in combination with cocamide DEA, synergistic viscosity-building effects are observed. Soyamide DEA is also an effective solubilizer for emollients and fragrances.
