TEA-C12-13 Alkyl Phosphate

TEA-C12-13 Alkyl Phosphate is a high-purity monoalkyl phosphate developed as a high-foaming, extremely mild primary surfactant for personal care formulations. While suitable as a primary surfactant, it is typically used alone or in combination with lauryl ether sulfates, amphoterics, or other surfactants.

Virtually odorless and colorless, TEA-C12-13 Alkyl Phosphate's 60% solution is a clear liquid. It is compatible with most surfactants and effective at a pH of 5 or greater. It provides a silky, talc-like after-feel and is non-stripping to hair and skin.

TEA-C12-13 Alkyl Phosphate provides an exceptional, conditioned after-feel to skin or hair and is non-irritating to eyes and skin. It exhibits enhanced solubility, and the lower Krafft point allows it to be formulated in products. These features improve the stability and clarity of formulations at low temperatures.

TEA-C12-13 Alkyl Phosphate is used in many personal care applications, such as body and shower cleansers, bubble baths, baby washes, facial cleansers, make-up removers, and other mild cleansing preparations.
