Triundecanoin (Glyceryl Triundecanoate) is a triglyceride derived from esterification undecanoic acid and glycerine. Fully refined and deodorized, it is a clear liquid with a neutral odor and excellent stability.

Triundecanoin is miscible with most cosmetic solvents, including ethanol. It exhibits exceptional emolliency with an elegant skin feel. Triundecanoin is used in many pharmaceuticals, decorative cosmetics, and personal care products as an emollient.

In addition, Triundecanoin can be used as a carrier and solubilizer for active ingredients in lotions and creams. It is a safe, non-sensitizing, and non-irritating (for the skin and eyes) ingredient for skin, hair, lip, and eye care applications that complies with 21 CFR 172.856.
