Urea Peroxide (Carbamide peroxide) is solid in the form of white crystals, soluble in water. It is a strong oxidizer, an anhydrous addition compound of hydrogen peroxide and urea that conforms to the specifications of the USP Pharmacopeia.

Urea Peroxide is used in toothpaste as a whitener and disinfectant. It is also used as an antiseptic agent and deodorant in pharmaceutical applications and in eye and ear products. In cosmetics used in hair bleaching and oxidation of permanent waves.
