Prisavon™ 2013 is a solid solution of a special soap in an organic solvent system that can be used to produce transparent soaps. The soap base can be made liquid by heating it to 50-60˚c, which allows it to be mixed with additives like perfume and colorants. Other additives like pearlescent agents, foam boosters, and oils can also be added.
After pouring into molds, the soap will solidify on cooling to ambient temperature. Benefits of soap bars made from Prisavon 2013 include:
- Easy melting and pouring process allowing lower investment compared to conventional soap finishing lines
- Short curing time on forced cooling enables fast packaging
- User properties similar to or better than those of opaque soap bars
- Combines pleasant touch with a high transparency
- Gives no shrinkage in cast-in soap packaging processes
