UTMF Retinol is a complex with a silicone-based delivery system for retinol stabilization inside skin semi-occlusive film-formers. Ultra Thin Molecular Films (UTMF) ensures the stabilization of pure vitamin A without oxidation and improves skin absorption of active ingredients through the epidermis.

The particular rheology of molecular films permits the extension of monolayers of functional ingredients on the skin that spread very well on the epidermis, favoring cutaneous occlusivity and absorption of the active ingredients. It is obtained under microfluidizing conditions.

Apart from the benefits inherent to the actives themselves, it also exhibits a significative moisturizing profile demonstrated through TEWL (Trans-Epidermal Water Loss) techniques.

UMTF Retinol enhances cutaneous absorption of retinol. It improves skin cell growth, ensures skin maintenance and function, and prevents premature skin aging. Incorporating retinol into the molecular film delivery system ensures complete stabilization without oxidation of the retinol molecule.
